Use of this website and its' services is allowed on a temporary basis, and Silver Jewellery Onl8ine reserves the right to alter or remove these services without notice. If for any reason the services provided or the website itself are not available, we will not be held liable.

Any breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 will constitute a criminal offence and a report of any breach will be made to the relevant law enforcement authorities and your identity will be disclosed to them.
Terms of Sale - All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Our Contract - When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This e-mail will not constitute acceptance of your order.
Availability and Pricing – Silver Jewellery Online endeavors to provide accurate descriptions, details and up to date prices for all products, errors however can still occur. If an error is discovered in the price for any product you have ordered, you will be notified as soon as possible and can either reconfirm your order at the correct price or have it cancelled. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, returns of earrings cannot be accepted if the tamper proof packaging has been opened or removed. This does not affect you statutory rights.
Faulty Item - If you receive an item which has a fault, send it back to us with a brief description of the fault. We will do our best to replace any faulty items, if however it is not possible to replace any item, we will refund the value of it to you or credit your account.
Please note that the standard time to return a faulty item is 90 days from the date of purchase, however depending on the fault with the item, Silver Jewellery Online reserves the right to extend this time.
Received an incorrect item – If what is delivered does not match your order, return the incorrect item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to correct the error and send out the appropriate item or items, however if it is not possible to send the correct item we will refund the value of it to you or credit your account
